Useful information for your stay at Hotel Pramstraller
General information
All prices are quoted in EUR per person/day including all taxes, on a bed & breakfast OR half-board basis, excluding local tax.
Local tax
Local tax: € 2,20/per person and day, from 15 years.
From May 1, 2025, the state government will increase the local tax to € 2.60/per person and day.
From December 1st, 2025 € 3.20/per person and day.
Board
Half board includes a comprehensive buffet breakfast with organic corner and a set 3-course dinner menu.
Daily choice of ice cream, salad and cheese from the buffet.
Cancellation and Deposit
Storno conditions and deposit for summer:
A deposit is not necessary.
Up to 7 days before the arrival date are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes that are made late, as well as no-shows and early departures, will be charged with the total amount.

Cancellation insurance
It is not unusual for a booked holiday to be cancelled or prematurely interrupted. The right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 line 10 FAGG does not apply, but our general terms and conditions for the hotel industry do apply.

We will have a day off every Tuesday.
On this day, no dinner will be served, and the price will be calculated only with breakfast.
The price change will be made on-site.
This step greatly supports us in managing our operations.
We sincerely thank you for your understanding.
On Tuesdays, we recommend a trip to the provincial capital Innsbruck (Alpine Zoo, Golden Roof, Nordkette, and more),
the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens, or Rattenberg (Austria’s smallest town).
Alternatively, you could enjoy an extended mountain hike or a relaxing day of skiing.
This allows you to have plenty of time without needing to adhere to fixed dinner times.
Mayrhofen also offers a wide variety of restaurants.
We will be happy to provide you with personalized recommendations at the reception.
Check-In / Check-Out
On the day of arrival, the rooms are available from 14:00.
If you arrive after 18:00, please contact the reception.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am.

Payment options
For payment of the room bill we accept cash, EC card, Master Card and Visa (from an amount of € 50,-).
Travel insurance
We would like to spare you these unnecessary costs and the associated hassle. Therefore, as a precautionary measure for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend taking out Hotel Cancellation Plus or the comprehensive Hotel Cancellation Premium insurance (incl. accident benefits):
